With
the increaing phase of the technology people in modern days are more likely to
be sentenced for different kinds of illnesses which we havent heard in earlier times..
many people accuse modern electronic gadgets for this non transmitting
dieseases such as brain tumors, eye dieseases and so on.. I’m not a doctor or a
physician who eligible to discuss about the health facts of them or their
impact on your health, but with my different experiences and from the things i have
found in researches I listed out 5 simple Life habits which can keep you
healthy without an ill impact from moden gadgets.. so please read in carefully
and try to follow as much as possible for your own health..
Turn off the Wifi
Router when you go to sleep..
It is
a very comfort feeling when you say proudly to a friend that your home has 24/7
Wifi, but for your own health lets cut it out for 16/7 by switching it off for
8 hours a day, the time when you sleep.. Router is something that emits signal
or invicible radiations.. you may not agree but your brain is also a very
powerful transmitter, and it starts it healing process when you are sleep.. so
let it freely do its job by switch off 3rd party interference..
switch the router off and help your brain to work in a more calm environment..
and im pretty sure you wont need it, because you are not watching netflix or
youtube in your dreams..
Always try to use
a headset when answering a call..
When you
keep your phone on your ear to answer a call, you are directly subjcted to its
immense radiations.. you can feel it after a long call that your phone got hot,
and so is your ear.. your ear plays a vital role in your health.. so don’t let
it suffer with heat.. just use a heasdet and make is volume as minimum as
possible.. and you are 70% safe from threats from intense mobile radiation..
because no phone call is important than your Health..
Use a screen
dimmer app when using it in the dark..
I
have seen many people use their phones to read books and watch videos even after
they turn off the lights in rooms.. as a precaution they lower the brightness
of their screens to the minimum , but still theres a considerable amount of
brightness directed to their eyes.. in long term this could be a reason for a
complete blindness or partial blindness .. so try to avoid using phone in
complete darkness and if you have to do so just use screen dimming app for your
phone.. you can find plenty for free in mobil app stores (thanks to their
producers).. this is my personal favorite dimming app for pc (Dimmer), you candownload it by clicking the Link.. technology will protect your eyes, but only
if you allow it.. so please use a dimming application when using computer or
phone in the dark..
Always try to keep
your laptop in a reasonable distance ( Like your Girlfriend )..
Yup, I understand your situation.. you got a powerful
gaming laptop, and it also equipped with a Good GPU.. (is it NVIDIA GEFORCE
940M may I ask..) but it is not a fare reason to lean on your laptop when using
it.. your eyes have small string like muscles which is responsible for the focusing
of your eye sight.. if you keep your laptop more closer these tiny eye muscles have
to bear a intense pressure on them to keep this preffered focus for a long
time.. with time it can be a cause to out of focus and complete blindness.. so dont
let these poor things suffer that much, and keep your laptop in a convenient
distance.. then I’m sure you can play more and more games in your life time, even in the time when
NVIDIA Launching its alien technology based GPUs ( Desperately waiting for
them..), but if you keep on leaning to the screen too much you wont play any game rlease beyond witcher 4.. Think about it..
You are a Human,
so sit properly..
Humans have a devoloped
vertebra, but many people forget this and they go back again to their premitive
instinct thinking that they are invertebrates who lurking in jurrassic oceans..
posture affect to overall health of our body, from breathing to digesting.. so
keep your vertebra straight, maintain a good position.. don’t crawl on your
chairs.. japanese people are well known for maintaing good postures ( I man
when sitting.. ), so check about their positions and try to add them to your
Lifes.. prove that you are a homo sapien, first primate who tried to walk in 2
legs.. but if you wont to just crawl on your chair please next time choose
