04 things Rudyard Kipling taught us through Jungle book..

Rudyard Kipling, a British writer who wrote the legendary fictions such as Jungle book, Kim and the man who would be king.. As one of the favorite writer of mine I have understood some of the things he has tried to communicate with his readers.. His one of the masterpiece, The jungle book consist many of these teachings.. actually they are unwritten rules which affect to a man’s Life clearly.. As this page talks about the wellbeing of Life I think it is my responsibility to show my readers what this great writer try to feed the society through his writings.. As the real story is most of the time different than the movies or cartoons, I here by state about the story in the original book what I read in my childhood.. So read further for your edification, here lies the things you have to learn from great stories of this unsung hero..

If you try to Fit in, you will disappear..

Maugli is a man cub, and the forest dwellers always remind him about that every time they meet him.. Maugli try to get along with them, always try to convince them he is their brother.. not a human.. but the wolves that come after the death of Akela, the leader of the wolves which accepted Maugli to the pack, betrayed Maugli and convince that Maugli is not a wolf and he must leave the jungle to the man village.. This rose the Mauglis aggression and it led him the way to collect Red flower (The Fire) from the village.. This incident led a fire in the forest, death of shearkhan (the Tiger) and ultimately it proved that Maugli is a man cub and he is the leader of others.. So if you try to fit in the position you were not meant to be, you will disappear.. Understand them and always try to find a way to unleash your full potential.. It will reward always in your whole life..

Know your Limits with a clear Mind..

Shearkhan never understood this.. His anger and fury have ruled his mind, which led him to the war against humans. Also without any help for his side from the forest animals.. Because of his ability to supreme among other creatures (As many Bengali tigers capable of) he thought that Maugli can be hunted without any effort.. This high self-esteem without single realistic thinking made his skin taken to the wolves council after Maugli strategically killed him with help of herd of buffalos.. Every time I read this part of shearkhans skinned by Maugli, I speak of myself.. “If you are angry when you fighting in a war, you are already half defeated...”

Never hesitate to take advices from the experts..

When the Bandalogs (apes) took Maugli to their city by force, his friends Bhalu (Brown bear) and Bhageera (the Black Panther) don’t know what to do.. They are creatures with full of strength, experiences and intelligence.. but they haven’t face this kind of situation in their Life.. So they have to meet and take advices from a one with experience about apes, so they met Kaa (60 feet long python) and asked help from him.. With his advice and strategies they invade into the monkey temple and finally achieved victory by rescuing Maugli.. But if they attack suddenly without any idea or plan their Life could be end in the battle.. So you must plan very well and get advice from the intelligent people ho faced such kind of things earlier  before you approach anything.. Then only you can ensure total victory to your side..

Think twice before you Pay and always pay for the Future..

Bhageera is a black panther, but he did this wise thing.. He is the one who paid for the wolf council for the freedom of Maugli.. When wolves argue about the existence of Maugli in their pack Bhageera pay a carcass of a bull as the price of Maugli and it served Mauglis right to be live with wolves.. Bhageera saw the advantage of man cub who live in the jungle when fighting against shearkhan and because of that he paid wisely  for him.. if he did not made that payment jungle book will be closed on that day.. so that’s it, Bhageera’s wise and courageous payment made Jungle book more interesting.. No one can deny that fact.. Like in your Life..
