First step to tame yourself – Make it know itself.

You may not expect for the anger, you may had uncomfortable experiences with it. But it is a golden tool when come in handy when dealing with taming of yourself.  But when dealing with anger you must be extra careful. Because anger is a good master, but a bad slave. we are going to use it now..


Before we begin this quest I must warn you, the method I describe here had worked for 80% of readers. They have achieved what they seek in their mind with this method so simply. But if you feel you are not in that 80% after performing this simple exercise, do not worry, I will never leave you.. just read further, you will find the answer..

Ingredients
  •           A Book or a clean piece of paper ( a blank word page also will do fine )
  •           A Black pen (don’t use any other color)
  •     Calm mind (Most important thing for this exercise)


Preparation
  •     Think about yourself, what things do you hate about yourself.. is it jealousy, is it anger, is it your bad attitude.. think about all of them, it’s so simple.. what are the things you most hate about yourself..

  •      Now remember, after toy ask this from yourself your mind will start do tricks on you.. it will try to distract you with things like headaches, tears , pains, shame and many other.. it’s the minds way to keep the balance, you must keep asking them from yourself.. these things will soon disappear.. now you have unlocked your minds greatest ware house.. enjoy it..

  •       Now I want you to write all these things you found from your mind.. if you feel you eat too much, write it.. if you feel you make jealousy about others, write it.. every single thing you feel wrong must be written in point form.. surprisingly you will see your writings will be on 3 or so papers..

  •       Now think these things had kept you from your riches, your happiness.. it made you shame.. now you must read it every day.. that’s your exercise..

  •    4 simple steps to change your life, Enjoy them..


Do this exercise today, don’t be a lazy person.. this exercise will surely change you.. don’t wait to change yourself.. from my next post I will tell you about what happened when you write this thing.. you may find they are so alike..
